Get Ready for 2025 Fall Retreat!!
Join us for our 2025 retreat which will be at the beautiful Canyon Inn at MCormick’s Creek State Park, in Spencer, IN from September 12 – 14. The retreat is open to all members of the Indy Modern Quilt Guild. The fun begins at 9:30 am Friday and ends at 2 pm on Sunday. We’ll have the large Oak Room banquet area to ourselves for sewing, socializing and shenanigans!
The cost of the retreat is: $185 for a shared room (2 per room) for the weekend. We only have one shared room left!! It will be assigned on a first come/first served basis only when both parties have paid in full. We are accepting waitlist registration for a single queen room and you do not need to pay yet to be placed on the waitlist. If a room opens up, we will begin going down the waitlist to fill the room. Cost for a single queen room is $285 for the weekend. This includes a discounted two night stay in the historic Canyon Inn, access to the large locked room for sewing, daily beverage services, electrical access, and tables and a chair for sewing. Each hotel room has its own bathroom with shower, mini fridge and microwave. Shared rooms have two double beds, and singles have one queen bed. Meals are not included, but a full service dining hall is on site.

All cancellations must be made by August 1 by emailing treasurer@indymqg.com. No refunds will be issued after August 1, 2025.
